Shipping & Delivery
Innovate iStore offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING for merchandise at it's discretion, to locations within the Continental United States. Shipping to any other location is charged the standard UPS rates. In addition, if the customer chooses to ship a different method other than UPS GROUND, applicable rates apply.
Warranties
What is Covered
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for one year from the date of purchase.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of product.
What Will We Do
We will replace any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Return Policy
Below is the policy for accepting returns:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
- The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning any item
- Returned merchandise must be re-stockable - Must be clean with NO visable wear. We suggest you intially wear / try on shoes on a carpet to determine if they fit properly. If shoes are worn outside, the underside will become visibly worn and a return of merchandise will not be accepted
- Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging it was delivered in
- Do Not write on or adhere tape to the original packaging. The merchandise and packaging must be in re-stockable condition when returned
- If merchandise is returned but not accepted as described above, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the senders expense
